Employee Spotlight - Luke

Luke is our Product Manager. What does that mean? Well, he works with our clients to help shape the future of JET's products and services. His role helps to get ideas on to our product roadmap and then it is down to our development team to create the industry leading products that our clients want and need.

How long have you worked for JET?
11 Years.

What have been your impressions of the events industry?
It's a rollercoaster of a ride, where no two days are the same.

If you were going to run an event, what would it be?
A chilled out dog-friendly festival celebrating music and food.

First song bought?
Will Smith - Miami.

The song you’d sing at karaoke?
Will Smith - M.I.B (a theme is emerging here).

Worst job you’ve had (hopefully not this one ;) )?
Nothing sticks out - I used to do some scaffolding - not great for someone who doesn't like heights!

Favourite Film?
Back To The Future.

Who would play you in a movie?
I'd like it to be Paul Rudd. A recent survey from friends suggests Seth Rogen would be a more popular choice. I'm not sure why.

Favourite Food?
I like a good biscuit. Or a packet. They are my kryptonite.

Favourite Drink?
Depending on the weather and time of day I'll have an American IPA, Gin & Tonic or an Old Fashioned, please.

Favourite Holiday/Place to go on holiday?
Honeymoon aside, Croatia was amazing, although I am partial to a UK camping trip - can you really beat Cornwall during a good British summer?

If you could travel anywhere in the world tomorrow, where would you go?
Galápagos Islands.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
Walking my Hungarian Vizsla, Zenah. Ideally to a good country pub.

What one thing could you never give up?

Your biggest achievement?
I'm married! - Who'da thunk!?

Tell us something we don’t know about you.
This isn't my real haircut.
