Our Mission

This is what we strive for every day.

To provide the best event registration experience to event organisers and their attendees, using our industry leading software and passionate, knowledgeable staff.

We pride ourselves on our strapline Passionate People, Intelligent Solutions and feel these are the elements that differentiate us from our competition. With a wealth of knowledge & experience, rapid product development, strong relationships and the ability to be flexible, we know we’re the perfect event registration partner.

Our Journey

How it started. How it’s going.

Past

Show Data Systems started business in 1993 and Interchange Communications in 1999. Jonas Software, a Canadian software company, purchased both in 2015.

Present

In 2017 it was decided to bring both event registration companies together, keeping the strengths of each, and rebranding as Jonas Event Technology.

Future

Jonas Event Technology has high ambitions to be the best event registration company and intends to lead the way in providing cutting edge technology to event organisers.

Our Team

We’re either based at our HQ in Wallingford, Oxfordshire, or remotely around the world. We’re so proud of our team, from your dedicated event manager to the development team working behind the scenes, we’re all part of #TeamJET. Find out more about each of us here.

We are happy, healthy and open

We want our team to have the full insight into our business and how each of us plays a role in our success. That’s why we hold quarterly town hall updates so everybody knows how we’re doing and what we’re planning for the future – with ideas encouraged from all.

We offer flexible and remote working possibilities depending on the role, and if you need to sort something outside of work, just do it.

We have an open door policy, meaning if you want to speak to someone you can – at all levels of the business.

We have a social committee planning our social activities throughout the year. If that’s your thing then there is plenty going on, but we won’t force you to get involved!

We try to focus on everybody’s physical and mental health, with a number of initiatives, as well as private medical and travel insurance.

Our development team are focused on a development roadmap, lead by ourselves and our clients, that makes sure we are producing the products the events industry needs.

We showcased ourselves at our inaugural JET Summit, and will be doing so again in the future.

We pride ourselves on our service to our clients and often go the extra mile, not only making sure we’re flawless from brief to onsite, but that the organiser has that personal touch every step of the way.

We want to lead on sustainability and the environment. As a starting point we are based on a solar park and we recommend a number of sustainable badging options, but the events industry, and us, have a lot to do, and we need to improve every day.
