      Onsite Event Management

      We have a selection of event managers who have years of onsite registration experience at both large-scale exhibitions (trade and consumer) and smaller complex conferences. Our onsite managers are all part of our team and experts on our solutions, products and equipment and pride themselves on the service they provide.

      What will an onsite event manager do?

      Our onsite managers take the stress away from the organiser and fully manage the process of getting visitors through the door. Along with a number of other queries that pop up in the world of events, the core focus of the on-site manager is:

      • Set up the registration area
      • Manage the registration area from build-up day to close
      • Provide training to, and management of, the front-of-house staff
      • Offer support to exhibitors who take up our lead recording services
      • Act as a liaison between the registration team and security and assist with onsite attendance reporting.
