The Solution
JET Forms
We created a bespoke, full photo-ID system which included a photo upload of the attendee pre-show, limit management for exhibitors (incorporating an exhibitor swap system), and exhibitor guest tickets all integrated into one solution. The flexibility of our JET Forms solution meant the organiser received the quality registration data they required and, by using our tracking system, turned a previously time consuming activity of managing complimentary and exhibitor guest passes into a quick and simple process.
JET Onsite
Our event registration forms coupled seamlessly with our JET Onsite solution allowing our experienced team to provide a streamlined service. Throughout the event our team managed the exhibitor registration area and we worked with the organiser to understand their processes and opted to print passes onto plastic cards to facilitate increased access control and security.
