Vicky | Onsite Operations Director
I’m Vicky, Onsite Operations Director at JET. I’ve been part of the team since 1998 and no two days are ever the same. On any given day I could be travelling, opening a show, or planning ahead for future events.
What sparked your interest in the events industry?
I was backpacking in Australia and had a temporary role in an events registration company. And that was it – I found an industry I loved!
What do you love most about your role?
The people, the variety, and travel. I feel incredibly fortunate to have been able to travel the world, experience many different industries and meet and work with some fantastic people along the way.
What made you decide JET was the right place for you?
The people and the passion for the industry.
What do you think is our best product or feature?
Our greatest feature lies in our team’s enthusiasm and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
If you could organise your dream event, what theme would it have?
It would be a health and fitness event.
What’s one fun or surprising fact about yourself that we don’t know?
I used to work at a 24hr fruit and veg stall at Circular Quay in Sydney.
