Ines | General Administrator
I’m Ines, part of the General Admin team at JET. I joined in November 2025 and my role keeps me across a wide range of areas. A big part of my time is spent keeping reporting in good shape, from AR and Jetstream reports through to month-end reporting and analysing business data to spot opportunities for improvement. I also act as a support hub for the wider team, making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
What sparked your interest in the events industry?
With a background in events management, I’ve had the chance to dip my toes into all sorts of different areas of the industry before landing at JET. But what’s always kept me coming back is the people and the moment everything you’ve worked so hard on finally comes to life. There’s nothing quite like seeing an event go from an idea on paper to a room full of people having an amazing experience; that feeling never gets old.
What do you love most about your role?
It’s the variety. No two days are the same, and I’m always across different tasks and projects, which keeps things really interesting.
What made you decide JET was the right place for you?
The role itself felt like a great fit, but it was the company culture and the team that really sealed it for me. From early on it was clear that JET is a place where people genuinely enjoy what they do and support each other, and that’s not something you come across everywhere.
What do you think is our best product or feature?
From my perspective, I’d have to highlight JET Reporting. As someone who works closely with data and business reports day to day, I can really appreciate how powerful it is.
If you could organise your dream event, what theme would it have?
It would have to be a music festival! Having worked in events, I know how much goes into making something like that come to life, which would make pulling it all together even more rewarding!
What’s one fun or surprising fact about yourself that we don’t know?
I’m fluent in Portuguese, and I have 10 pets – a dog, two cats, five budgies, two guinea pigs, and two tanks full of fish, who knows how many are in there
