Fahad | Event Support Administrator
I’m Fahad, part of the support and technical team at JET. I joined in 2022 and my days are varied, which keeps things interesting. Most of my time is spent answering client queries, testing and updating event forms, resolving technical issues, and working with the team to make sure deadlines are met.
What sparked your interest in the events industry?
I’ve always enjoyed working with technology and problem-solving, and the events industry combines both with a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Seeing the direct impact of our work on live events is very rewarding.
What do you love most about your role?
I enjoy being able to solve challenges for clients and knowing that my support helps their events succeed. It’s also motivating to be part of a team that values collaboration and continuous improvement.
What made you decide JET was the right place for you?
I wanted to work in a company where innovation and teamwork go hand in hand. JET stood out as a place where I could grow my skills while contributing to meaningful projects.
What do you think is our best product or feature?
The registration system is definitely one of our strongest features. It’s user-friendly, adaptable, and makes managing attendees much easier for our clients.
If you could organise your dream event, what theme would it have?
I’d love to organise a tech-inspired event, mixing innovation with creativity, something futuristic with interactive experiences for guests.
What’s one fun or surprising fact about yourself that we don’t know?
I enjoy exploring new cuisines with my friends and family. It’s a hobby that helps me stay creative outside of work.
