Dan | Customer Success Manager
I’m Dan, a Customer Success Manager at JET. I joined the team in January 2026 and my days are a mix of client calls, onboarding sessions, check-ins and problem-solving, all geared towards helping clients get the most out of the JET platform.
What sparked your interest in the events industry?
I love fast-paced environments where you can see the impact of what you’re doing; events tick both boxes.
What do you love most about your role?
Helping clients improve how they work and seeing them achieve great results with the platform.
What made you decide JET was the right place for you?
The people, culture and product, it felt like the right fit straight away.
What do you think is our best product or feature?
The platform is powerful but easy to use, flexible for organisers, smooth for attendees.
If you could organise your dream event, what theme would it have?
A Super Bowl-style fan experience, huge screens, live entertainment, tailgating vibes, fan zones, and an unreal halftime show.
What’s one fun or surprising fact about yourself that we don’t know?
