Alexandra | Project Manager

I’m Alexandra, new Project Manager here at JET. I joined in July 2025 and have a background in client services. I’ve always loved the buzz of the events world, so I’m really excited to get stuck in and work with such a passionate team.

What sparked your interest in the events industry?

Funnily enough, when I was studying for my A Levels, I had planned to go to university to study Events Management as I felt it would be a great fit for me. In the end, I decided uni wasn’t the right path, and it wasn’t until four years later that I found myself in a Client Services role for an event tech supplier. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to exhibit at various industry events, and I’ve fallen in love with the fast-paced energy of the industry and the passion that everyone brings to it.

What do you love most about your role?

I love working with event organisers and playing a part in bringing their events to life and making them a success. On top of that, being surrounded by such a talented and passionate team, who have welcomed me with open arms, has been an incredible bonus.

What made you decide JET was the right place for you?

The warm welcome I had at my interview. Everyone was so friendly, and it felt like I was already part of the team. I had a gut feeling that things would fall into place – and they did.

What do you think is our best product or feature?

I’d say one of the best products that we offer is the Engage Scanner. It’s a really effective lead capture tool that makes it simple for exhibitors to scan and collect leads on the spot. It’s easy to use, works smoothly, and helps exhibitors get more out of the event.

If you could organise your dream event, what theme would it have?

Food! A food festival with different cuisines from all over the world, with live music and lots and lots of vegetarian options.

What’s one fun or surprising fact about yourself that we don’t know?

I used to figure skate competitively.
