I’m Adnan, a Senior Software Developer at JET. I joined the team in January 2023 and no two days are quite the same. I usually ease into the morning with some focused time before moving into planning, meetings and coordination. I always try to make space to step back and reflect along the way too.
What sparked your interest in the events industry?
I’ve always wanted to bring people together and see ideas come to life through well-organised events.
What do you love most about your role?
I love the variety – every day is different with new problems and new things to learn.
What made you decide JET was the right place for you?
The company culture and focus on improving the event experience really stood out to me.
What do you think is our best product or feature?
I will say self-serve and our new app.
If you could organise your dream event, what theme would it have?
A fully immersive gaming-themed event, VR arenas, and tournaments across classic and modern games.
What’s one fun or surprising fact about yourself that we don’t know?
I genuinely enjoy solitude. Some of my best ideas come just from thinking in silence.
