With bespoke JET Forms featuring a complex approval process, it was testament to our staff and systems that the organiser didn’t have to get involved with any registration queries, giving us their complete trust. This is particularly noteworthy as the online registration process took a complicated brief, featuring pre-approved attendees, the purchasing of activity tickets and press vetting and provided a simple, easy to use system for both visitors and the organiser.
Our onsite team and technology (including digital ticket tearing) provided a seamless visitor and exhibitor journey ensuring all attendees (even those from a galaxy far, far away) got the most from their day.
