Our Client – The Advanced Materials Show 2023
Recently, we assisted with the Advanced Materials Show, an event we have worked with since 2019, at the NEC in Birmingham. Advanced Materials is catered towards material engineers, R&D professionals, scientists and product developers within the industry.
The Problem
Advanced Materials needed a solution that focused on the data insight aspect of registration as they wanted to strengthen their current and future marketing campaigns with the data. We spoke with Grant Jordan from the event’s organisers, Event Partners, about the solution their event needed. As a Data and System Analyst, naturally, Grant was particularly interested in accessing data regarding registrations and attendee conversion rates. His goal was to “look at the registrations and patterns that are coming in as well as how many of the people who registered are coming to the show”.
The Solution
For the event, we provided our full service including registration forms and data registration however, since we knew that Grant was interested in the event data, our JET Reporting software worked particularly well at giving him the insight he was looking for. Using JET Reporting, he was able to use the data collected to plan out this year’s event as well as future ones.
