With this option, we’ll sell our comprehensive lead capture solution, Engage Scanner, directly to your exhibitors via our fulfilment system. The best part? You won’t have to do a thing!

Your exhibitors will order our lead capture solution via our platform and we’ll manage everything while you earn a commission for each license sold!
- First, set your mark-up (we suggest £20).
- We promote the lead capture solution.
- Exhibitors start ordering on our platform.
- Exhibitors set up their devices with our support.
- Exhibitors increase their ROI at your event.
Option 2
Bulk Licensing
With this option, you can purchase licenses of Engage Scanner in bulk (at a reduced price) and re-sell these to your exhibitors. This option offers a greater opportunity for you to earn additional revenue, however, it does come with an up-front commitment.
Once licenses have been purchased, we offer our payment and fulfilment system meaning no admin for you – simply focus on selling the licenses.
We also offer a special bulk licensing package for larger portfolios. If you commit across several events, you can buy in larger quantities, guaranteeing the very best price for the account license.

Pricing
Before your event, you’ll commit to a set number of account licenses. If you require more, you’ll be billed according to the pricing bracket you’re in – the more sales you make, the lower the cost per additional license, increasing your revenue potential.
- Order a bulk number of account licenses.
- Set your selling price or include it in your stand packages.
- We can provide marketing support if needed.
- Exhibitors will start ordering on our platform.
- Exhibitors set up their devices.
- Post-event, any additional account licenses will be charged at the same bracket you ordered at.
- For any additional licenses, you’ll earn a commission on each one sold —The more licenses sold, the higher your total commission.
- Exhibitors increase their ROI at your event.
You’ll commit to a certain amount of account licenses per deal. Any additional licenses will be charged once complete based on the £39 per license bracket.

API
We can also work with different app providers by offering an exhibitor license API. You can purchase these licenses per exhibitor and we’ll provide the badge reference to your chosen app company.
As we’re not providing our lead capture service with this option, we can reduce the license cost while maintaining a secure API integration.
