We are delighted to announce that JET has been recognised as a Living Wage Foundation accredited employer, which is a testament to our commitment to fair compensation for all our staff.
What is the Living Wage Accreditation?
The real Living Wage is the only UK wage rate voluntarily paid by businesses that believe their staff deserve a fair, livable wage. It’s calculated based on the cost of living, providing a clear benchmark for responsible employers and covers ages 18 and older.
For 2025 to 2026, the UK Living Wage is set at £13.45 per hour, rising to £14.80 in London, compared with a national minimum wage of £12.71 per hour.
