JET Attending International Confex 2026

International Confex is the UK’s leading event for the events industry – bringing together 330+ suppliers, venues and tech innovators with thousands of event professionals at ExCeL London each February. With over 100 conference sessions and ten content theatres, it’s where the industry comes together to learn, source solutions, and connect face-to-face.
We’ve been exhibiting for a few years now, and every time we go, we’re reminded why face-to-face still beats video calls when it comes to understanding what event organisers actually need.

This year, we’ll be there again on 25th and 26th February at stand C35C. If you’re attending, we’d love to see you there.

Why We Keep Going Back To Confex

We build registration technology for event organisers, which means we need to understand the messy reality of how events actually work – not just in theory, but when you’re dealing with last-minute changes, sponsors demanding custom badges, and attendees who’ve forgotten their confirmation emails.

The conversations we have at Confex help us with that. We speak with organisers running everything from small association conferences to major trade shows, and these conversations are invaluable. Organisers stop by and tell us what’s going wrong with their current setup. They explain the workarounds they’ve built because their system can’t do what they need it to do. They ask if something’s possible that we’ve never thought about before.

And it’s conversations like these, along with those of our clients, that directly shape what we’ve built at JET – features we’ve added, problems we’ve prioritised fixing, and entire approaches we’ve rethought.

What We’re Bringing This Year

Since the last Confex, we’ve made some significant updates to the platform based on what organisers have told us they need.

  • New Exhibitor Management Platform and Exhibitor Dashboard – We’ve launched two tools that remove the email ping-pong from exhibitor setup. The Exhibitor Management Platform gives organisers a central place to manage exhibitor lists, passes and communications. The Exhibitor Dashboard gives exhibitors a self-serve space to manage their own profiles, passes and guest invites – without support tickets or delays. Cleaner data, fewer emails, far less friction.
  • Embedded registration forms – Your registration form now sits directly on your website instead of redirecting attendees elsewhere. This means fewer abandoned registrations because people aren’t clicking away to unfamiliar domains, plus your analytics tools can track the entire journey. Your branding stays consistent throughout, and you get cleaner data on where people are converting or dropping off.
  • Automated abandoned registration reminders – When someone starts filling in your form but doesn’t finish, the system automatically sends them a branded reminder email at a time you choose. No manual tracking, no spreadsheets, no follow-up tasks – it just happens in the background.

What to Expect at Our Confex Stand

Our stand has proper seating where you can sit down and have an actual conversation without standing in an aisle feeling rushed, because that’s when the most useful discussions happen – when you can properly explain your setup, and we can work through how our platform would actually solve your problems.

  • Meet the people behind #TeamJET:
    Our team will be on hand throughout the event to answer questions and share practical insight from real events. You will be able to speak with Account Directors Krissy and Sophie, alongside Vicky, our Onsite Operations Director, and Izzie, our Onsite Manager, who work closely with organisers on delivery and onsite operations. Sarah, our Managing Director, will also be available both days, as well as Dan, our new Customer Success Manager, who focuses on helping organisers get the most out of JET at every stage.
  • Get involved and win a LEGO Concorde
    We are bringing something a bit different to the stand. Organisers are invited to help us build a LEGO Concorde throughout the event. Everyone who takes part will be entered into a prize draw to win a LEGO Concorde of their own. It is a fun, hands-on way to get involved and have a chat with the team while you are there.

The team on our stand includes people who have worked on the organiser side themselves. They understand the pressure of event day and can have practical, informed conversations about how our platform helps solve real challenges.
