We’ve made some improvements to our registration forms postcode lookup that we’d like to share with you.
Accurate Postcode Suggestions
We understand the value of your attendee’s time. The system we used in the past let you look up postcodes manually and select your address from the list that appears. With our current system, relevant suggestions for the address will appear automatically once you start typing your postcode.
Enhanced Address Lookup
We have now enhanced our postcode lookup to include an address search which works in a similar way to how Google provides it. In our new system, you can now simply start writing your address, and our updated system will instantly begin to search for corresponding addresses. This enhancement ensures a faster and more streamlined registration process.
Both postcode lookup and address search work together, so whichever way your attendee wishes to find their address, they can.
Improved Company Address Formatting
As we work largely with business addresses, we’ve improved the company address structure to simplify the registration journey for your attendees so that the addresses match standard business address layouts.
These new features have been rolled out across all our event registration forms.
