Fatima is our Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Analyst, who joined us full-time in 2024. In her role, she is responsible for a variety of tasks, including both manual and automated testing. She also designs and executes test cases, develops automated test scripts, and ensures our products meet the highest quality standards before their release.

When did you join JET?

I joined JET in 2023 when I was involved in mobile application testing.

Where are you based?

Islamabad, Pakistan

What’s your career history?

I started my career with an internship at Contour Software. In June 2022, I joined Green4 Solutions as a Junior SQA Analyst. In August 2023, I was promoted to SQA Analyst, where I now work on both manual and automation testing.

What have been your impressions of the events industry?

My impressions of the events industry are that it is dynamic and fast-paced. It requires a lot of planning and coordination, but it can be very rewarding. The industry is constantly changing, with new trends and technologies making it exciting and challenging. I’m still learning, but I’ve noticed there is a wide variety of tasks, which keeps the work interesting and engaging. There’s always something new to tackle, ensuring that you stay active and involved.

If you were going to run an event, what would it be?

It would probably be a fashion show, so I could create stunning décor and highlight sustainable designs to establish the brand. 😊

The song you’d sing at karaoke?

It’s a difficult one as I am not a very big fan of songs, but if I had to choose, it might be “See You Again” by Wiz Khalifa ft. Charlie Puth.

Worst job you’ve had (hopefully not this one 😉)?

I don’t have any bad experiences. My first job was with Green4 Solutions, and then I started working with JET.

Favourite Film?

I’m a big fan of sci-fi, horror, and animated movies, so it’s tough to pick just one favourite!

Favourite Food?

My favourite food would have to be Asian, particularly Chinese cuisine.

Favourite Drink?

Iced Coffee.

Favourite Holiday/Place to go on holiday?

My favourite holiday destination is the northern areas of Pakistan. I love visiting there, and even though I’ve been many times.

If you could travel anywhere in the world tomorrow, where would you go?

Turkey ❤️

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

I enjoy scrolling through social media and using my phone, but I especially love baking things.

What one thing could you never give up?

One thing I could never give up is the thrill of living a dynamic and exciting life.

My biggest achievement is successfully navigating and growing through various personal and professional challenges, always striving to improve and learn along the way.
