Improved EventData Interface – What’s New?

Our EventData platform has a fresh new look! You’ll notice a sleeker, more modern interface with simplified navigation and improved responsiveness throughout.

The best part? All existing functionality remains exactly the same. You can still do everything you’re used to – just with a cleaner, more intuitive experience.

While everything you rely on is still there, a few sections have shifted slightly. Here are some key changes to look out for:

All Products, One Place

You’ll no longer land on a homepage listing all products. Instead, everything is now neatly organised in one easy-to-navigate side menu.

Each product is listed on the left. Click the name to reveal a dropdown of familiar features and tools – all in one place for quicker access.

JET Data

Databases

We’ve now separated the Registered and Non-Registered databases within JET Data. Both can be accessed directly from the side menu.

Bulk Actions

Need to update records, send emails or SMS messages, or print badges in bulk? Simply select the relevant contacts and click the three dots next to the filter icon to carry out your bulk actions.

Filtering

The ‘Add New Filters’ button has been replaced with a compact filter icon. Click the icon to apply filters as usual – same functionality, just with a tidier design.

JET Reporting

Faster Access, No More Scrolling

All JET Reporting sections are now neatly listed in the left-hand dropdown menu. Just click the section you want to explore – no scrolling or searching required.

Actions

Looking to download a post-event report, export attendees or print details? Just click the three dots next to the filter icon to access all reporting actions in one place.

Filtering

The ‘Add New Filters’ button has been replaced with a compact filter icon. Click the icon to apply filters as usual – same functionality, just with a tidier design.
