Engage Scanner FAQ’s

Which app am I using?

It’s the Engage Scanner app and you can download it from the appropriate app store depending on whether you have an Android or Apple device.

On GooglePlay (for Android devices)

On AppStore (for Apple devices)

Where do I find my login details?

Once you have placed and paid for your order you will receive an email with the subject line ‘Mobile App Download Details for (and then the event name will show here)’. This email will be sent from:

Jonas Event Technology (eventdata.uk)
registration@eventdata.co.uk

This will contain your username and password and will enable you to use the Engage Scanner app at the specific event.

Can I set up additional questions to ask at the event?

Yes – you can set them up on your online dashboard under the ‘Qualifiers’ tab. Access to your dashboard is through a link sent to you via email once your order has been placed with the subject line of ‘Online access to scanner data for (and then the event name will show here)’.

Can I take photos?

Yes – there is an option on the Engage Scanner app to take photos.

Can I record voice notes?

Yes – there is an option on the Engage Scanner app to voice record notes.

How do I view my data?

You can view your data on your online dashboard under the ‘Leads’ tab. Access to your dashboard is via the link within your ‘Online access to scanner data’ email.
