I’m Krissy, Account Director at JET. I’ve been with the team since 2002, and no day is ever quite the same. One moment I might be discussing complex event setups at ExCeL, the next I’m demoing self-serve tools for a conference in Morocco.
What sparked your interest in the events industry?
I just fell into it really – what attracted me most was probably the diversity of events, although it was a long time ago to be fair.
What do you love most about your role?
Variety – although I have been here for a long time, my role has changed from being a Project Manager and Onsite Manager role to Managing Accounts. No two days are ever the same.
What made you decide JET was the right place for you?
My journey hasn’t just been as JET – I started in Show Data Systems and was part of the acquisition in 2013. JET is the right place for me as I love speaking to and helping customers, the team are amazing, and the culture works
What do you think is our best product or feature?
Our customer service is consistently rated highly by our customers, and our Onsite Management team goes above and beyond.
If you could organise your dream event, what theme would it have?
Food and alcohol.
What’s one fun or surprising fact about yourself that we don’t know?
My dog, Buddy, is the office “therapy” dog. You may see him walking in the background of the team’s calls.
