Now you’ve got your visitor’s details, keep them updated with the latest news on your show. Segment your data and send them the information that matters to them, and send them reminder emails prior to the event with their barcode.

You’ll also be able to follow up with anybody who dropped out of registering and send them a reminder to continue where they left off!
