Onsite Event Management
We have a selection of event managers who have years of onsite registration experience at both large-scale exhibitions (trade and consumer) and smaller complex conferences. Our onsite managers are all trained and experts on our solutions, products and equipment and pride themselves on the service they provide. Our onsite managers take the stress away from the organiser and fully manage the process of getting visitors through the door. Along with a number of other queries that pop up in the world of events, the core focus of the on-site manager is:
- Set-up the registration area
- Manage the registration area from build-up day to close
- Provide training to, and management of, the front of house staff
- Offer support to exhibitors who take up our lead recording services
- Act as a liaison between the registration team and security and to assist with onsite attendance reporting.
All of the staff we use are from agencies specialising in event registration with which we have excellent relationships built upon trust and reliability. The frequency of events we manage ensures a core of loyal and professional event staff who, due to the number of venues we have worked at, will more than likely have worked at the venue before, and probably on numerous occasions. All staff are trained by the onsite manager prior to the event and are proficient and experienced in providing high quality service to those attending the event.
Staff onsite are trained on our lead capture app and will handle any questions or queries from exhibitors.
