Employee Spotlight - Oliver

Oliver joined us in September 2017 to help with technical on-site issues and logistics but he's done much more than that, really taking the opportunity to drive us forward with even better processes and procedures. He particularly enjoys spending the company money on new technology to offer the best possible service to our clients.

Our on-site teams can now offer a brand new selection of laptops, touchscreens and printers, the latest apple devices for door scanning, and reliable live registration data with the use of 4G routers with signal boosters. And it's not only the on-site equipment that has been improved, with all office staff now getting their own personal laptops and the option for standing desks. The office has also been improved with a redecorating project including the creation of a new stand-up area. Next on Oliver's list... decorating the big meeting room!

Update - since we first posted this, Oliver's work has been highlighted by the industry and he was awarded the ESSA Young Person Award 2019!
